Refund Policy

If the buyer places an order (purchases software or service), he confirms his agreement with this document.

Before paying for the project (connecting the MyTecdoc module, additional programming services) to his website, the buyer undertakes to carefully familiarize himself with the functionality of the MyTecdoc module and the minimum requirements for hosting. By paying for the project, the buyer automatically confirms that the technical task of the project, the functionality, the fullness of the bases are made in full compliance with his requirements.

MyTecdoc does everything in its power to prevent any refund claim through negotiations with the buyer. However, if the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the services or the purchased software, he can receive a refund, subject to the conditions described below:

1) The refund request was received at the beginning of the installation of the module files on the client’s host.

2) No more than 7 calendar days have passed since the payment.

3) A refund is requested to the same VISA, MASTERCARD card with which the payment was made.

If these conditions are not met, mytecdoc.com reserves the right to withhold part of the paid funds. The amount of withheld funds is determined individually based on the data on which files have already been transferred to the buyer and the amount of work that has already been performed.

The reason for the refund must be specified in the request.

All applications are processed within 1-2 working days, and payment is made at the end of the current month.

The duration of the transaction is from 1 to 3 banking days.

If the buyer receives a refund, he undertakes to delete the software (modules, media files, templates and database data) and not to use it for any purpose.
